Restringing/Repair Service

When you purchase jewelry from Le Lille, you can enjoy the peace of mind that comes with our restringing service. We offer complimentary restringing for a full year after your purchase, allowing you to keep your jewelry looking as stunning as the day you bought it.

Our expert artisans will carefully inspect your jewelry and restring it using high-quality materials to ensure its durability. Whether it's a delicate necklace, a bracelet, or a pair of earrings, our skilled craftsmen will handle your jewelry with the utmost care and precision.

To take advantage of our restringing service, simply contact us at Hithere@lelilleboutique.com and provide your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions on how to send your jewelry to us. Once we receive your item, our team will promptly restring or repair it and return it to you in pristine condition.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Le Lille. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Hithere@lelilleboutique.com. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 2418 Spring Ln #5483, Austin, TX 78763.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exceptions and Considerations

While we strive to provide the best service possible, there are a few exceptions to our restringing and return policies:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or restrung, as they are specially crafted to your specifications.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
